Default Terrified I'm going to V

I took about a 45 minute nap because I like taking naps during the day when I have to get up early. I noticed I was feeling a little hungry when I went to sleep but I ignored it. When I woke up I felt so nauseous I couldn't even move. I got up to go to the bathroom and as I started panicking, my stomach tightened and it now feels like it's in a huge knot at the top of my stomach below my chest. I am so panicked. I don't even remember what it feels like to be sick so I'm scared this is it. I feel fine other than the nausea and my stomach cramping. I'm freaking out though and I don't know where to turn. Please help.

You're just hungry! Hunger pangs can make you feel a little nauseous. Take a breath, just anxiety and probably need some food. :-)

It could be hunger; like goingmonkeys said hunger pangs can make you feel super sick. Maybe you should wait a little while until it feels a bit better and try out some light crackers?

Hunger pangs are the worst, they make me feel sick and give me a horrible stomach ache.

Sounds like a hunger pang then on top anxiety so your boys will have started to shut down things that aren't vital you just need to eat something and you'll find that actually you're fine ) next time maybe eat something small like a banana or cracker before you sleep so it doesn't happen again x

Do you get a burning feeling when you don't eat? I do. And when I ignore it for too long, it gets SEVERE like my stomach is on fire!
