Hi! So, I made this account because I really don't know what's going on. I've tried posting this on other health forums and no one replies!Could someone tell me what's wrong? Okay, so for the last let's say five (?) months I get this weird, nervous, anxious feeling beteen breakfast and lunch. Hard to tell if it's in my tummy or intestinal area. Somedays i don't have it though. So basically I started getting this feeling maybe fourty five minutes to a half an hour after breakfast. It almost feels like i've taken vitamins on an empty stomach (we ALL know how that feels, right? No?) Once i eat I feel fine. I was thinking it might be stomach acid, but now i'm not so sure. After breakast and in the morning is when I go number two the most (tmi, sorry). So maybe, it's an intestinal thing. Recently, it started getting worse to where i felt it BEFORE i had breakfast. Today, for whatever reason, it was way better, and I could go for two hours without having to eat a bunch of food to make the feeling go away. I usually have either hot quinoa with almond butter, maple syrup and a banana on top, or an organic tamale with black beans. I felt it with both. Sometimes the feeling will be accompanied by or turn in to hunger. On to my second problem (sorry it's so long): Today, i had my usual breakfast and felt surprisingly good for the next two hours. I then had some sourdough bread with almond butter and strawberry slices and some leftoever (not too old-just a couple days) lentils soup. After that I felt ridiculously tired and sluggish (that was probably cause i worked out alot cleaning my room) and felt slightly odd in my tummy. Anyway, a while later I drank sixteen ounces of ice cold water and felt awful! Kind of like a weird head feeling and slightly nauseous. I had to burp and felt better when i did. The thought of food did not gag me so i ate and felt much better! But even now i still feel it off and on, though I feel great for the most part. I've been eating TONS of lentils lately (so is it gas?) I was also very irritable (like i was having mood swings) and felt like crying. Right now, and off and on, i feel bloated, but that's probably from the TONS of lentils I've been eating, could it be?
