hugged my bf today after he v* yesterday HELP

the last time I saw him was Sunday night into Monday morning. yesterday while I was at the gyn for an emergency biopsy he texted me that he was sick at work. he'd worked two double shifts then went to swim practice and ate chicken at a restaurant then went home and slept like 3 hours and woke up feeling sick but went to work anyway. he v* like 5-6 times at work then went home at 3pm and slept basically all night until this morning when he woke up and had d*. He ate today and said he felt way better and after the morning no d* or nausea. I had found out I may be pg while at the dr so he wanted to see me and came by for two hours. I didn't touch him the entire time and I lysoled the couch where he sat. he didn't touch anything really and didn't use the bathroom but I hugged him goodbye. I'm so scared now! am I doomed? I washed my hands the entire time he was here and as soon as he left I showered. also had my windows open the whole time.

I agree. I think you took all the precautionary steps. just make sure youre a little careful for the next several days since he may still carry a virus or bacteria (if that was the cause). Congrats if youre expecting!

thanks. yea it's crazy lol, and I'm glad he wanted to spend time w me but I'm freaking out now
