Wow!! Just noticed that I joined this site in July 2010. Thats 4 years that Ive come here in my darkest moments. Whilst Ive had some marvellous help and hopefully been able to help others it is still depressing knowing Im no better than I was when I first found this site.

On one hand I have made some big leaps. For instance I got back into full time employment in Nov 2010 and am still working today. This was after many years of being too scared to make that move.

On the other hand I'm still as terrified of v* or others v* as I have always been.

That's progress! Anytime when you're living your life and doing what you want instead of letting emet control you is progress if you ask me. In my opinion you have very much made a positive contribution to the forum in your time here.

I don't think not liking to v* or seeing others V* means that you haven't made progress, there are many non emets who hate both of these things. You don't have to like it, you just can't let it control your life and it sounds like you arnt
