As long as it has been refrigerated it will be good. But it can only have been at room temp for two hours to be safe, and it should never have had a metal spoon left in it.

A "foodsafe course" adage is this: when in doubt, throw it out.

Our Canada Day is July 1st (Friday) and I ate mine till Monday, but I knew it was never out of the frig more than about half an hour on Friday.Edited by: sage

Hmm whats today... 7th? Most things are good for three days if ya keep them in the fridge. Personally I never eat anything thats been open more than 2.. just in case. If youre unsure enough to be asking us, you should probably put it in the bin anyhow. Even though its probably perfectly fine, youllbe all paranoid if ya eat it and its not worth it.
