Well, it's not much and I'm a bit worried about jinxing it, but yesterday I was in middle of getting a panic attack due to upset stomach and I stopped it (using EFT tapping, which may or may not have simply distracted me). Also, when I went to bed I had a terrible belly pain and queasiness but I just ignored it and fell asleep! And then this morning I WALKED to work, which is 3 miles away and it took me 50minutes and this is usually scary for me because a) exercise makes me feel a bit off b) I can't get home quickly if I need to. So I say minor triumph!
