I deal with emetophobia daily but every 2-3 months I get days that are bad and that'swhen I come here. They are usually brought on by stress and affect me most during hte evening. I try to eat larger lunches and light dinners. My emetophobia started last fall and I have no idea what brought it on.


Has anyone cured themselve of emetophobia? I would like to get help from a therapist but I don't know where to begin looking. My medical doctor was no help as she never even heard of it.
