Anybody else live in a state/country where they have to post sanitation scores by law? Apparently, in North Carolina, the health department checks on each and every restaurant throughout the state a few times a year, to make sure health codes are up to par and such. I think this is sooo wonderful! If I see the sanitation score below 95%, I will not eat there. They have to post it right where the public can see, usually right as you walk in. The pressure is on to make sure everything is sanitary, so they won't spread food-bourne illnesses. I freakin' love NC! I guess food poisoning is rare down here!
