Today my daughter had 1/2 day of school for teacher work day. I have to pick her up early on these days because my other daughter has to be in preschool at the same time as dismissal. I went today to sign her out and noticed that one of the kids in her class had gone home sick--Red Flag, you know! SO I asked her and she said, "he barfed at home twice last night". Even though Logan's school policy is clearly stated everywhere (kids have to be v* free for 24 hours before returning to school)and the parents know it (even me & she went to a different school last year). But, Logan's teacher found out and sent him home!! I'm so proud of her--I was about to have a chat with her because the kids in Logan's class do not wash their hands before lunch or snack, and she locked the hand sanitizer I sent at the beginning of the year up in a closet!![img]smileys/smilies_07.gif[/img]
