I've been thinking about things that make me feel good, and things that help me w/ my emetophobia, and I decided that we need a really relaxed member, who is not emet, and who can take us through their own v experiences, and how it was no big deal. I mean, I have friends who think it's no big deal for their kids to throw up, and it really inspires me, b/c I know it can be acheived. Just a thought!
