Is there anything anyone feels they need to do in order to stop themselves being sick? Or any rituals you might follow everyday or maybe when just feeling nauseus so it will put your mind at rest? For example, everynight before I go to bed I have to make sure all the cushions on my sofas are sat bolt upright in a line so they are all neat and the channel on my TV before I turn it off has to be on the first channel. It sounds crazy, I know, but it puts my mind at rest. Is anyone else at all like this? Please write back!
