Ahh :/ feeling rough... Today I ate a massive cooked lunch and drank a few drinks (didn't get drunk - was paced out throughout the day).. Was enjoying the sunshine and Wimbledon (yay Andy Murray)... Was sat outside in a beer garden afternoon and evening. Now I feel so full and ill from it![]()
I've had some peppermint tea and gone for a walk but I really feel I've eaten and drank too much and it's making me feel a bit n*I suffer from bad stomach acid and constipation too - so I'm coughing quite a bit from the acid which isn't helping the n*.
What can I do? I'm beating myself up for over-indulging but it was such a nice day. And now I'm angry my phobia has to round off the day :/ also had a bit of d*...
