Times like this I hate life that unmistakable feeling that you're going to v*. I can almost pre prepare myself but it's still not enough

i have aver a cold but nothing major and it's gone to my chest a bit but I thought nothing of it.
i just woke up before with this really bad gaggy felling like I could retch if that makes sense and I bad to visit the loo although it was a normal bm. I don't have tummy pains or cramps and not really d* just had to go a few times quite rapidly after each other. Could this be panic?
this gagging feeling is awful anybody else had this? Could it be this cold on my chest causing it? I'm sat here shaking like crazy.
