I ate miso paste from my fridge that had been used to marinade some tofu today. I grilled the tofu in an 180 degree celsius oven for 30 minutes, but only realised after I ate the paste that the lid said it had a use by date of 201... something but had faded and I couldn't see what it was. I am now freaking out about it being 2010 or 2011, which was ages ago, and whether eating this will make me v*. Please help if you have an answer.
