Hi all, I am new to this forum, and was very surprised someplace like this exists. I thought I was one of a very few that suffered from this phobia. I have been reading through some of the posts, and I can soooo identify with the feelings of the posters.
The question: What do you all do to keep well? When I am feeling good enough to eat (which has been iffy lately) I take a multivitamin, garlic tabs for their antibacterial/immune support qualities, acidophilus (the liquid kind you find in the refrigerated section of the natural food store-you don't need to eat with this) and if I can remember, I take a packet of Emergen-C drink mix.I feel better and more able to fight the nasties if I stay on my daily regimen. Unfortunately, I have been going downhill lately, and having more trouble with this phobia than I ever have in my life, though I have had the phobia since childhood.
