A good long walk outside, or a journal entry are big helps to me. I would
open my window and get my mind on something else. I would even take
a trip shopping or something to get out of the house and get my mind off
of it!

I can totally relate to the panicked feeling that you have about over
analyzing every little thing that your body is doing to make you think
that you are getting it. It is amazing how your body can have a panic
attack and the symptoms are just like the sv*. Can be so hard on your
mind!!!!
