I hope you are feeling a bit better now. I would say that it is totally a stress thing, you did'nt mention feeling nauseous or having gas like your bf so im sure it's not the same thing. Just try and keep calm as possible aspanicking may trigger further d*, try watching a bit of tv or something as adistraction. Feel better x
