Strep won't make you throw up, especially if you take your antibiotics and don't let it get out of control.

The antibiotics may, however, give you diarrhea. This WILL NOT make you
throw up, as it is just because they are killing off the good bacteria
in your intestines. Once you are off the meds, the good bugs will come
back and you'll be fine (I'm just letting you know so you don't worry
if you do get diarrhea).
