It is easier and I think better simply because it is all liquid and no chunks...sorry (TMI) To me that is just more unpleasant. I don't think it often has the same taste either. Also for me I only got sick once although if you get really drunk you can get sick more ...with a SV you never know how long you are going to be v* plus you have all the other nasty symptoms that go along with having a stomach virus.
