Im totally beside myself with fear right now..

So around this time last year I was ill.. but I only remembered this when I started to feel unwell..

    *TMI*

Today I have been at the bathroom more than usual, and I have stopped eating so much high fiber as well as it was giving me more loose than usual, and today its just started again.

So right now, im freezing pale and just fed up, I feel n* and scared, but I have been trying to controll my panic so I can see whether its that or actual n*

I dont know what to do, whether its something wrong or im tired, I just dont know

Violet babe, you are probably just freaking out. I think the n* is almost definitly panic related and this will cause bowel movements too. Just curl up with a quilt infront of the tv and try to take your mind off things. Take care xx

And put a sign up on in the kitchen *Please wash hands* heh, cheeky but it works.. LOL

Im sure you will be fine though, if it was only a 24hour thing and you did feel a bit off but shes better today, I think your system got rid of it.
