Kind of worried, but also doing okay

A guy I work with came in this morning and told me how last night, after he picked his son up from daycare, his son v*d all over the car on the way home. I guess he also kept doing it last night for a while after they got home. So my coworker was in the car while it happened, cleaned it up, etc. Now I am kind of worried that somehow I might catch it from him. I know that you can only catch it if you are in direct contact with the v* or d*, and I wasn't ever near his son, but I'm still kind of worried. He told me that he thinks his son caught it from another kid at daycare's mom who is a teacher and it is going around her classroom. That doesn't make sense to me because he said neither the mom nor the other kid had it. He probably caught it somewhere else, but there is still this part of me that is kind of worried that if his son caught it indirectly, can I?


Surprisingly, I haven't really panicked about it. I mean, I really don't want to catch it, but my anxiety isn't through the roof like normal. I do think about it a lot, but I'm not totally stressing. I guess that's progress, huh? I better get over it if I'm going to do daycare soon!

Well unless your co worker shows symptoms that he/she caught it I would think you would be okay. Thats good that you aren't stressing about it too much, its definately a step in the right direction!
