I am making something and the recepie sais to mix mayonaise dressing and lime juice. I only have mayo, is it still ok to mix together or will it curdle??
I know it's probably a stupid question, but it's better to be safe than sorry!![img]smileys/smilies_09.gif[/img]

I dont understand the question? mayo and mayonaise are the same thing.
and mixing it with lime or lemon or garlic or whatever makes "aiolie"
sauce.

LOL Ruby!! Sorry I probably worded it badly. It said to use mayonnaise dressing and I only had mayonnaise. I didn't know if this would matter or not. It was a dumb question anyway, and I ate it and was fine.
