Garlic..

I got me some today, they are 1000mg...I was wondering, how do I know for sure if they are the right kind?

I take garlic tablets daily, they are equiv to 1250 mg of fresh garlic, no smell and apparently very good at keeping colds and infections at bay!!


Hope this is what you were referring to, if I got the wrong end of the stick, ignore me!!!!!

First off, I wanted to say whata BEAUTIFUL photo that is of you and your family!!


The garlic pill I havejust startedusing unfortunatley is stinky but I take it at night. No complaints from the man yet, and he would tell me by now! It's called Garlic Oil Perles. It is sugar, starch and salt free. It says here it is Garlic Oil from concentrate 1mg from approximately 500mg of fresh bulbs. I think I got this at GNC.
