I'm feeling awful tonight. My stomach starting cramping a few hours ago. I blamed it on the Cafe Mocha I had at Starbucks earlier. I never drink caffeine anymore, especially coffee like that, and I;m sure it's rough on your system. It made me have to "go,"it wasn't d* or anything, just loose nd crampy. Very much like a normal IBS attack. After going just once, I felt ok, not great, but ok. I was good enough to clean the kitchen and stuff. Thenmy husbandand I went to bed. He fell asleep and I was just laying there, listening to the TV and kind of dozed. Then I hear this liquid-gurgly sound. I couldn't tell if it was coming from my husband or the dog. I laid there for a few minutes and then my stomach started making the liguid-gurgly sound. I don't know if it was me from the beginning or what, but it makes me panic. That's usually how d* starts out for me, expecially when I have a sv.

I got up to get ready for bed (I was still in my clothes) and I had to "go" again, probably from nerves. I was really crampy and IBS like again - still loose but not actual d*. I just feel awful. I have a slight temperature and my back hurts which is also another symptom of sv for me, although there are several non-sv reasons my back could be hurting right now.

I guess I'm kind of worried because of a few reasons. For one, there is my post about chicken from earlier today. Two, we went to a friends house today and they made us tacos for lunch. They tasted good, but I've been burping them all day (still am). This could just be a little indigestion, but who knows. Three, my duaghter had some d* yesterday. My husband dealt with most of it because I was gone, but he turned her over to me once I came home. It only lasted a few hours, she had no fever and no v* and it wasn't too bad from what I saw. I figured it was just from her getting her first teeth, but now I'm wondering if it was a bug. And four, I went to a CPR class all day yesterday and that has me kind of nervous. Of course you have to practice on the mannequins. They give you these breathing barriers, but who knows how well they work (it's just plastic with some cloth where you breathe). They said they steralize them between classes, but I'm still nervous. And my breathing barrier got turned upside down and layed on the mannequin's chest with the part I breathe through touching the mannequin. Even of they clean the mouth of the mannequin, what if they don't clean the torso area? I couldn't stop or ask for another one, I had to just bite the bullet and keep going.

So those are all of my fears right now. I know most of them are probably pretty unlikely, but it still worries me. And my stomach does not feel good at all. I really hope this is nerves or coffee or something. I'm so scared it's a sv. I need to get some sleep, but I'm too scared to try. Plus I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow - yuck, a germy doctor's office!

Aww Hey Sillygirl, it sounds like it could be indigestion from the tacos. Lots of times my IBS is like that too, loose and crampy. It sucks. Sometimes tacos bug me when I'm in a rougher spell, but if I'm doing good they are okay. I doubt you caught anything from the CPR class, and your baby could very well be having that upset from teething. My niece when she was teething, I babysat her and she ended up getting v* sick, but just cause she had worked herself up so much crying and such (from the teething). I thought for SURE she had an sv and was gonna give it to me, because all day she wanted "aunt wauwa", but she was teething and was fine the next day, AFTER I had given her back to her dad lol.
