Well, for those of you who know, I have been having a hard time with hubby, fighting alot and stuff. Also, we are having some financial problems.

Well, this morning I woke up and didn't have too much of an appetite, but I ate a pop tart and drank a whole pot of coffee, then my stomach started to get a little gurgly. ***TMI*** I went to the bathroom and it started out kinda soft (ALMOST watery), then got more normal and solid. Well, naturally I panicked. Usually my daughter has coffe with me, but she didn't have any today so I drank the whole pot myself. Being that Idrank that and only 1 poptart, do you think that could have caused the gurgly-poop?

Also, it may just be from worrying and stress, my stomach has been "uneasy" feeling. Kinda gurgly but hungry later in the day, so I ate a HUGE salad (trying to lose weight). Well, the gurgling continued and I have been avoiding going to the bathroom again, afraid of d*, even though it wasn't d* earlier. I sometimes have soft poop but for some reason, I'm more worried today. I think because I woke up w/no appetite.

I am worried, stressed-out, and not liking this feeling. Do you think the combo of stress/pot of coffee/salad could be what's causing this? Could my panic be making it worse? UGH!!! I hate today.

Oh i definately think so. In my opinion i think it was partly the coffee. It
only takes like...half a cup of coffee to make my stomach feel gurgly
and crampy and n* and stuff....and considering the stress your going
through that definatly doesn't help. I always feel worse when i am
stressed and i certainly lose my appetite. One of my friends never eats
when she is stressed and she isn't emet or anything. Its definatly not
fun! Try to just do whatever you can to relax. I hope everything turns
out ok for you and I hope you feel better soon!!!!!!!

Aw, I'm so sorry you're going through all of this stuff. I agree that it was the coffee/stress. I really hope you get to feeling better and turning things around with your husband. Good luck...you know we are always here for you.

When I first started drinking coffee i'd have it every once in a while and I remember one time it gave me d ... if you drank that much more than normal then that could very well do it ... add all the stress you're under and there ya go! Plus it solidified so I'm sure you're fine!

Thank you all!!!!!

I started painting a painting for my daughter, got my mind off of it, and i do feel better!!

NEW.SLANG~~~ Yep, I decided to take it one day at a time w/hubby. I will be turning the tables on him by basically acting like he isn't here, and if he wants to talk to me or something else (hehe), I will be very nice and accommodating. If an argument starts to happen, then I will go for a walk to clear my head, and he can clear his too. That way, it won't escalate into a nasty fight.

Coffee. I am 100% sure that is the culprit. Years ago I worked for Starbucks and we got free drinks while on shift. I worked open shift, had to be in at 5am, and I'd pound down either 3 cups of regular coffee or about 6 shots of espresso over my first 2 hours there. And every morning, like clockwork, about 4 hours into the shift, I'd get super n*, gurgly, and have the runs. And then about 2 hours later I'd be starving.

You'd think I would have learned the first time, but no...this was a daily ritual. I swear you could set a clock by me.

I despise coffee! BAH! I used to love it, but when my friends dared me to chug a double-shot espresso on an empty stomach (got $20 for that) and nearly got sick in this pharmacy, I haven't touched the stuff since.
