Our office just started offering B-12 shots every month in our office. I decided to get one because of the health benefits. The nurse told me that they are good at preventing colds and other viruses. I ask how it protected against sv* and she said because B-12 aids the digestive system it "can" be good defense against it!

You can get a B-12 once every 4 weeks. I'm going to go on a regular regiment of them.

Don't the B vitamins also help to boost energy? And help with moodiness? Edited by: new.slang

thats so wierd. i have a horrible immune system and i heard about them and i went to my doctor office and asked him about it. He said it really doesnt do anything for average healthy people ( not like we as emets are healthy haha ) but that it only really helps they people with like cancer, aids, people with deprived immunity. i also heard that they help you lost weight. dont get excited girls, its not true either. so who knows if they really help. it would be nice though. let me know how they go.
