Scared! :(

So, I drank this juice called volvic touch of fruit the peach and orange kind and it has made me feel pretty n* I dont know why, Ive had it before but I cant remember if it made me feel off the last time I drank it..

Im so worried its going to make me v*

Ya know sometimes fruit juices make me feel a bit n*...I have never v* from it though...Just try to relax and maybe you should have some sprite, ginger ale or even just water. When I feel n*, I do something that totally shocks my body...Like step outside in the freezing weather...I will go for a little walk or find something, anything to take my mind off of it.


I really think you will be fine...Just sip on your other drink and if you can, eat some crackers.


I am up for a bit if you need anything.
