Hey there-
With your son, I wouldn't worry about the headache unless it is something that occurs on more than one occasion. I used to get really bad headaches as a kid.....from playing Sonic the Hedgehog on Sega because his character moved around on the screen too much! Has he had a vision test lately? When I was a teenager the headaches came back, and it turned out I was farsighted and reading was putting too much of a strain on my eyes.
PS- crying CAN make you vomit.....I rarely cry, but when I do it's a lot, and I always have a bad headache and feel very nauseous afterwards. For the life of me, I don't understand people who cry frequently- do they not feel like ass afterwards too?
I would also, for your sake, stop asking your daughter why her teacher wouldn't be in school- focusmore on what she did that day with the sub as opposed to "well, she must have been sick with ___". Teachers are human like the rest of us- and sometimes have commitments which mean that they have to take a day off now and again (even for mental health purposes). That, and her being sick does not necessarily compute to a bug going around, or your kids being sick.....teachers spend more time outside of the classroom than in
If you let your mind "go there", nothing positive is going to result- it's a lose lose situation.
Hope your son feels better in the morning
