Hmm .. I need help with my D&T coursework. =] pleeeease!
Does anyone know any dessert recipes which are hard to make, show a lot of skills but can be made in 1 hour (or maybe 1 and a 1/2 hours)

I'm not sure but I do know that you either light it on fire or use a blowtorch?? It's really yummy, a cake-like thing.
