I am having such a horrible panic after eating my dinner, I just feel really bloated and n* REALLY scared and just fed up!

I checked up on a website that people who I used to go to school with are on, bebo.com, if any of you have heard of it, well while checking out the people who I used to go to school with I noticed a few that are now graduated, some who are living in OZ, others in spain, some married with kids!

and I just started crying, there all doing things with there life, I want to go and live somewhere aborad, I want to try America, I have a very good family friend who lives in West Virginia, thats the only way I think I could start off over there, knowing I have someone there if I need someone, but I want to travel, I want to go to new places, meet new people graduate somewhere else, work with people in different cultures who speak different languages.

I am just SO frustrated, right now im in a transition period, I need to move out as my mother is moving, everything is taking its time but the more and more it goes on and I see people who have done things ect it makes me annoyed that im still stuck back here with nothing to show for 20 whole years..

I just feel so stuck as to where to start with this or if I'll ever be able to do it, will I run back home and always be stuck like this, it just seems like Im doomed

violet, I know where you are coming from and I have been there-believe me. I am sure there are things that you have done that have made you feel good and you are still very young! There is plenty of time!.Just out of curiosity, are you on any medications ? I don't want to sound like a drug pusher but I know it has helped me function in the past and think clearly about things. From some posts I have seen, it sounds like you get anxious and panic quite often and maybe this is something you can look into. Myself, I am also looking for a therapist to go along with my meds.

Hey,

No I refuse to take meds, I just take the panic instead, I was on a heavy dose of anti-depressants for quite a while a few years back and it ended in me feeling pretty numb, and had to be slowly taken off of them bad side effects ect..

I just dont want to end up relying on a drug to make me feel better as Im worried once its time to stop talking them I will go back to being the old me again, as past people ive been to speak to have just been rubbish really..

ugh stupid emet

No wonder you're n*, it sounds like you have alot on your mind. TRy not to get caught up in what other people are doing with their lives. Consentrate on your own-but one thing at a time. When I get like this , I call it a blue funk. It will pass. If I were there, I'd give you a big hug.

(((Hugs))) to you, Violet.know how you feel, but try not to compare your life to others. Everyone is different, and just because thet are married, have kids, etc, doesn't mean they are happy.
I am confident that you can and will create for yourself a life that is fulfilling and happy. All in good time.
