Hi, and welcome to the site. How old is your son? Is he awake? I have kids and I find that it helps to get yourself prepared should it happen again. Have some towels handy, and a bowl...it's far easier when it's not everywhere.

I know how hard it is for you right now, but you're doing a great job. Keep us posted.

Try and calm yourself down if you can, take some deep breaths and do something to distract yourself. You're facing your fear head on at the moment...if you're anything like me, this is your worst nightmare. I think if your son has gone over an hour v* free, then it might be a one off event and it's now all coming out the other end. My son had this earlier in the year, lots of d* but was only sick once.

Occupy yourself with cleaning if you can, get the bleach out and give the toilet a clean and make sure you wash your own hands, and your son's thoroughly.

You will get through this. Where in the UK are you?Edited by: suze

That's Ok, hope your partner gets home soon. I take it your son is OK so far.

I obviously have the same best friends as you...I love the Dettol Spray - the smell's so reassuring!!!!

I'm in South Wales btw, so only a few hours away from you.
