so for like the past week i've been pretty constipated (which is normal i guess since i'veonly been eating between 200 and 500 calories worth of food a day since i've gotten "sick", normally carbs- which are pretty binding i guess)... when i try to go, it feels like my insides turn inside out and i bleed and then i feel like my stomach has been stretched for about 2 or 3 hours after... it just happened again and i feel so bloated and sore on the inside and kinda n*... do i have an sv or is this just part of constipation/straining?

It doesn't sound like an SV at all, I would think it's a combination of the constipation and not eating enough.

Try eating some fruit and drink as much water as you can, that should help the constipation.

    Good luck!

Hi Princess, it sounds like you should take fiber. Or, if you aren't into that, try eating popcorn, without salt or butter. It is usually palatable even when you have an emet attack and will add bulk and calories.

I feel for you, sister! It's the pits. I'd really try to find a doctor you can trust and get some better advice than this.

    Blessings.

oh girl! Sorry to hear this. Yeah, drink lots of fluids to flush yourself out. Apple juice, cranberry juice, water. Popcorn idea is good, too. Are you close to getting your period? I get very constipated a few days before my period comes.

    Hope you get better!!
