so, before i posted about my constipation issues and how i was feeling as if my insides had been stretched and turned inside out which made me bloated and n*... ok so then i went to work, and i kept dwelling on it which made me all panicky and even more n*, i really thought i was going to v*... my mouth was getting all watery and my throat was all hot... it was terrible... so then i went outside and took a little break with my friend and what was outside next to the door to the kitchen (i work at a restaurant) but a nice pile of v*... she was like 'lauren dont turn around, just dont' and she like stood over it lol she's always trying to protect me, shes the greatest and i only just told her about my emets about a month ago, shes a very anxious person too actually... anyway then i dry heaved like once because i got nervous, but the fresh air made me feel a lot better... i just feel so much worse when im walking around the restaurant and i feel like people are watching me, grrrrr... now my stomach has been really gurgly and burning a little, but i think it's because i haven't eaten much... i hope this isn't an sv right before christmas!!!! helppppp

Hey prncesspnk, I'm sorry you went through that. Ugh its scary when stuff like that happens. It could be that the constipation is just making you feel yuck (I get like that too). If it was a virus I would think it would be d* rather than constipation. Do you have IBS? Try and hang in there, I know its hard when your having stomach troubles, especially with Christmas. What is it about holidays and having stomach problems?
