GERD maybe??

I've had stomach issues the last couple of weeks. The doctors want to check my gallbladder and maybe for ulcers. I don't know. I think it just boils down to stress. My boyfriend has had d* for over a week now and I think stress it getting to him, too.


Unfortunately, with stress comes SERIOUS stomach issues for me. I feel like there is this lump/something funky in my throat. It's all warm and crazy. I hate the feeling. I know it does NOT mean I'm going to v* by any means, but I still don't like the way it feels . It's worse when I lay down. It burns just a teeny bit....I would love to take tums to help relieve it, but I hate the taste of tums.


I *think* it may be acid reflux or something...The last time I felt this was when I had been going through a seriously stressful piece of life a few years ago....

I get like that when I am stressed too. Try to relax and take some quiet time for yourself. It is so easy to get worked up and stressed out especially at this time of year.

Oh, yeah, especially when there are sv*s roaming around all over the place.

I have acid reflux, and that is exactly how I feel. I get a burning sensation in my throat, especially if I eat something spicy or something with a lot of flavor. I take prevacid for it, but I dont even think it haleps that much. i hope you feel better soon.

Yea, i have acid reflux also, and i get that lump in my throat too...it sucks..i hate that feeling, b/c it always makes me think i am n....but in reality i think it's just the reflux thing. Sometimes i take maalox...total stomach relief when mine is real bad.

Hmmm....I only get a burning lump like that in my throat when I'm going to cry. I hope you get to feeling better soon!
