What are the very best anxiety-related books that you've read? I already have The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook, by Edmund Bourne. But are there others that you recommend? What ones are a waste of money and/or gimmicky?

I need recommendations! I got a gift card to Borders for Christmas and want to find a good anxiety book. Please help!

The Feeling Good Book by David Burns
The Feeling Good Handbook also by Dr. Burns.

These books deal with cognitive therapy, which is not only a proven therapy for many anxiety disorders, but has also shown to help with IBS. I have had success overcoming panic attacks and fear of fainting with this method, and he presents it pretty clearly. I like it because it's the kind of book you can skip around in, and there is a great index if you want to just look at specific stuff. There's a lot about anxiety but not much if anything about emetophobia, however. For shame.
