I dont want to jinx anything by saying this.. but I have found that I am doing really well lately. My psychologist says I am making progress and I havent needed to come on this site every single day for support. My friends are truly understanding now and school has been great. Finals are coming up so thats something else I can have on my mind and worry about. I have been able to deal with my anxiety much better and I can get over panic attacks so much easier now. Not to be rude.. but not having to come and post a new topic every time I am not feeling right is a big thing for me. Ha now watch me come on tomorrow and say I am nervous. Well.. I just wanted to tell you all how things have been going.. I am truly proud of myself.

Oh hon, I'm so happy for you. I knew you would find your spot, and I know it will get better, even more so from here. Just remember we are always here if you need us...and me, even if you just wanna talk about Jessica, Jennifer, or John.
    I love Sam
