Lets see, once in Kindergarten, once in second grade, once in third....once in highschool when I saw a lady pulled over on the side of the road doing it. A whole bunch of times in movies, but I doubt that counts LoL. After third grade (Other then the incident with the lady on the side of the road) I haven't seen someone vomit in real life. I've seen the after math, but never seen it happen. It doesn't bother me that much any more, seeing as how I see it on ER all the time and it's pretty realistic. And I see it in horror movies constantly. I'm not saying that you will get over it if you watch it in horror movies, because at first it used to bother me a HELL of a lot on TV and in movies, but I didn't want to stop seeing good movies beecause of it so I became desensitized. Now if I actually throw up then I freak out, but it's a little different now if someone else does it.
