Last weekend my sister's two kids had it. Today my Mother has it and I've been around her all morning before I knew she was sick.

I'vebeen washingmy hands constantly and sanitizing everything with Lysol. I'm still scared I'm going to get it. My stomach has been grumblingsince I found out about it and I have had d* twice.

The fear I am feeling right now terrible.I have no appetite and I'm scared to death to eat anything.

Oh no!! I am so so sorry, I am sure you must be scared. Try not to think about it too much, live your day, keep busy, and I think you *should* try to eat something blad like noodle soup or some toast because an empty stomach may make the grumblings or n* worse.

I will be praying you don't get it, I am sure you are just fine.

Dont worry (sorry, I know that is SO easy to say) - I think your stomach is just suffering from nerves and anxiety, we are all thinking of you and you have taken all the sensible precautions - that is the best thing you can do

I've calmed down a bit and had some peppermint tea. My stomach is feeling better too.

I called my Mother and she v* once with d* and now feels better. I'm just wondering if it was a SV* or just something she ate. Doesn't ansv* last more than a day and involve more than one bout of v*?

    Hun,
It could very well be something she ate, have you asked her if she had anythign that could have been undercooked or anything like that?

I think you are having nervous d*. The same thing can happen to me and I have never ended up actually being sick. Try to relax and eat something bland. Does your mother know you have this fear?

Its really hard to tell someone in your position not to worry, i know how it is to be very scared. I think that you are taking all the precautions that you can which is good. I also think we emets can magnify things to the point where we create syptoms for ourselves. for example i could probably make myself "nauseaous" if i wanted to by freaking myself out ..its kinda like bias towards the situation you know..like confirmation bias..you feel a little grumble cuz maybe your hungry the you tell yourself , no its because im sick and then you know how the cycle goes so take it a minute at a time and try your best to relax..which is WAY easier said then done by a long shot.
