So a coworker caught "it". Shewas ill yesterday, but didn't come to work. I worked with her most of last week. I worked with her Thursday and Friday night, but she was off sick with "it" on Saturday. I didn't work on Saturday, as I had the day off. It's been 48 hours since I've seen her/ been in contact with her. Should I be nervous anymore?


I was very careful to be keeping my hands away from my face all week last week because another co-worker had gotten it, but now I'm scared that I could get it?

Don't worry too much, get lots of sleep and eat well. It keeps your immune system strong. Take some vitamin C, too.
