Last Saturday, my brother in law tore his achilles tendon playing basketball (that the thing that holds the heel of your foot to your leg). On Tuesday, my cousin (who my son was staying with) was playing basketball (see a pattern here?) and hurt HER ankle.

So I'm making dinner earlier and went to step back. There was my dog. My fat, ugly pug, right beind me, and I tripped over her, spraining my ankle and brusing my butt (REALLY BAD). I had on socks and we have hardwood floors.

Now is NOT a good time to be related to me.

I'm sorry about all that. I've heard of that sorta stuff happening but hasn't happened to me personally (knock on wood). Although I am familiar with ankle ailments being an ex-dancer spending about 12 yrs on toeshoes. LOL.
Good Luck and be sure to keep ur ankle elevated with ice on it.
