If my emet is playing up badly, my safe foods are bland foods and I won't eat anything I enjoy eating because I think I'm making it more likely I'll get s*, strange? I know.

I've always done the same thing.

Actually when I'm really, really worried about it or if someone in my house has an sv I will only eat ritz crackers.
