I wasn't afraid of the ceremony when I got married but I was afraid of people at the reception drinking too much and v*. Because of this I had a very small wedding with very little alcohol. I made my dh promise not to drink because I didn't want him to be sick. We each just had a little champagne. To this day I still rarely drink and nobody knows that is why I wanted such a small wedding. I told people I just couldn't see spending all that money on one day. If they only knew the sad truth!
