wow...this is going to take a while.

Last week I went to the countryside with my parents and as soon as I got in the mini bus I felt N* with stomach ache but I told myself it's fake and as just like that the n* dissapeared.Well at one bus station i saw that there was a little boy in front of me ( little kids should be banned from traveling ) and I immeaditly said " Yes, sooner or later he is going to be s* " and he did,in front of me, and I was chill,a bit of panick but still ..I heard, saw and even had to step in it to get of the mini bus and I felt ok. I was sooo happy you can't even imagine..my mom was like " wow you are ok and im not " and i started to laugh

Countryside : My grandparents hosted a party . Well it included drinking as well. We had a guy at our table that was in AA for a while, gave up drinking because his stomach was ruined and now he rinks again. Well I was in my room ( I can see the garden from my room ) and yes...he went in the garden and I heard the sounds and saw him and I stood there for like ...20 sec at the most before I got out in the garden and asked him if he's ok . Another big succes

The next day I even got there ( where he v* ) and washed the damned thing again

I drank mineral water, ate tommatoes and even melon ( before they made me n* )

But I also had a lot of p*a* and fake n* because ..oh well Im used to it it becomes normal at some point ..but im really proud of myself for this..and for eating and driving in a old car and on a country road ( and we all know how country roads are )

Incredible!
I never would have been able to go through that OR even get on a bus, for that matter - in my phobia days. Even now I just wouldn't bother because I don't want to have to use coping skills on a day that's supposed to be "fun".

Keep thinking what you were thinking - esp. about the nausea being "fake" and you are on the road to recovery!

That's great for you! It certainly is a huge step, being able to watch people doing 'it' and not feeling afraid.

GOOD JOB. It must have been terrible to have to have seen it twice in one weekend. I can't imagine offering assistance to anyone in that position.

You should be very proud of yourself!!! BIG, BIG steps!
