Something wierd is going on in my body

Yesterday at the afternoon I suddenly felt malaise and extreme sweating. Then nausea. The nausea got worse and worse, and then I took some Primperan (metoclopramide) and it took away the nausea.

Now I feel better, have no nausea and the effect of the metoclopramide is gone now (it only lasts for 6 hours). But I still occasionally is attacked by sweating and then a few minutes later, shivering.

My hands are very hot and my feet are very cold.

I wonder what this might be... Norovirus-infection? Or Type A Flu?
