k, I'm Susan (Elizabeth is my middle name), and I'm 39. I live in a suburb just north of Toronto (Canada) and I work in communications in public health. I have a great husband who's completely supportive, a beautiful hilarious 5 year-old daughter (oops, she's five-and-a-quarter now, and i'd better not forget it), and I'm in my 7th month with #2. I am the youngest in a family of 6 siblings and we're all ridiculously close, and i adore my mother too (father's another story).
I've been at unbelievably low points with my emet, where i couldn't leave the house and couldn't work, but somehow, with the help of family, friends and eventually the hubby, managed to get through a BA and a Master's degree. I've had a great therapist for three years and he's helped me make so much progress it's unreal. For the most part, I have a completely normal life, though emet does still get in the way now and again, but still, life is good.
I love to read and can't wait for my book club meeting tonight. that's about it.
