i used to sleep really well but find sometimes i just cant drift off. or i wake up and end up in a panic attack. espec at the mo as its quite warm in the night so i think - why am i hot???!!
I love to sleep. It is the best part of my day!
I found sleeping with earplugs helped me get over my boyfriend's wet snoring!
I used to have trouble every night with anxiety but not that much anymore so sleep is a little more enjoyable.
i still cannot fall asleep until really late.
I've always had trouble sleeping.
I have trouble sleeping. Sometimes I can't sleep, especially if I go to computer (if I get out of the computer 1-2 hours before sleep).
But main problem is that I can't stay asleep in the morning. Now on holidays I'm going to sleep at 1 o'clock but I'm awake in 8,9 and I'm very sleepy, but I can't sleep.
Even if I'd go sleep at 3,4 o' clock, I'd woke up at the same time - 9. I hate that!!
