Is the incubation period the same for each person with the same SV

I was wondering whether the particular SV going round at a particular time has the same incubation period for each person. My son caught one from school on Tues and his best friend from school went down with the same symptoms at exactly the same time so I am thinking they went to the toilet or touched the same surface at the same time and put their hands in their mouth at the same time...any ideas? Is it the same for everyone with that particular strain of the virus...in my experience yes

Yea I agree. In my experience, yes. I remember my boyfriend got it, two days later his dad had it, and then another two days later his cousin had it. So it seemed the incubation period for the one going around my area is about 2 days.
