Hippychick is right on. Whatever symptom we list, your brain will manufacture it next time you panic. Honestly. Trust me on this one. The brain just totally works that way.


The only way you can get over this worrying about every symptom is to write down the symptoms in a daily journal on a list. Then when you don't vomit, try to make mental note that this symptom did not lead to vomiting, so the next time you get it, you don't need to panic. It may take time and a lot of practice, but that's the only thing that works. People have gastrointestinal symptoms and gurglings and pains and all sorts of stuff every day. You only vomit once every 30 years or whatever...so it takes some time to sort it out in your head, but keep working on it.
