Yeah, I only wash my hands after the bathroom or if I get them dirty for some reason. I don't even necessarily wash them before I eat. I know, you'll all think I'm gross!

I used to be more relaxed like this, but my OCD has gotten a lot worse recently.

Actually, I was my hands before going to the bathroom and after. Before I eat I either was or use Germ-X. However, being a teacher, I would use that Germ-X constantly through out the day. Those kids are real bad about hygiene.

I'm not like that at all! I wash my hands after the store and the bathroom. Sometimes I was my hands before I eat, but that's only if I know I've been touching something dirty. I do get stomach aches often (probably IBS) but I rarely gets colds or anything else (hopefully it stays that way!) Lol

I always wash my hands after going to the bathroom and before eating but I was at one point washing my hands much more often - to the point when I had sore all over my hands because my skin was so dry that it was splitting. It wasn't fun!

Yeah, my hands used to be that way. The skin was chapped and red raw, and would bleed constantly. Then I started on Citalopram, and it helped heaps.

I use an eczma and psoriasis cream and that has help with the cracked bleeding skin but my skin is always slightly dry.
