There have been nights when I was so anxious (because it was night) that I could not wind down enough to go to sleep. When I told my hubby that my head was just swimming with "stuff", he suggested that I just recite that verse over and over again until that was all that was "swimming" in my head. I'm not sure how many times I repeated it to myself, but it did work. I finally was able to push everything else out and fall asleep. It's not easy, I know. Hang in there!!
